I strategize and execute on DTC and/or B2B business operations as well as marketing for small businesses from bootstrapped mom and pop shops to VC-backed high growth startups. One of my strengths is in building a strong foundation. Related to the strong foundation, I also advise founders on and help them interview for co-founders, key founding executives and team members.
Compared to most other digital marketing agencies/consultants, I aim for my engagements to be shorter and finite. I set up and test marketing channels, and then I before I leave, I implement a long term solution. I don’t require a 12 month contract, and I don’t charge a management fee for ad spend. My usual engagements range from 3 months to 2 years.
My two goals for every engagement are to:(1) set up the business to scale and then replace myself with either software, an existing employee, or new hire while preserving ROI(2) set up and test marketing channels along with ad formats in order to calculate ROI before deploying more ad budget
